Skip Nichols

Skip was first licensed to sell insurance in 1993. He has co-owned Citadel Benefits Group since 2019. He is married to Ashley Morrow. In his spare time he plays golf and collects fine Bourbons.
Josh Kelley

Get to know Josh
Josh has been helping clients navigate the world of insurance since 2008. He calls Muscle Shoals, Alabama home, where he lives with his wife, Tasha, and three daughters—Sydney, Sadie, and Sophia…and his best pal, Sergio (dog.)
When He’s not busy running the company or juggling the girls’ endless activities, he loves giving back to his community. He serves on the Elder Board at Faith Church in Florence, AL and He’s also on the board of the Muscle Shoals Education Foundation.
As you can imagine, between work, family, and community roles, there’s not a whole lot of downtime. But whenever he can, his favorite way to unwind is to sneak away with Tasha for some travel or catching a live concert.

My name is Amy Moore, and I am the Client Experience Manager at Citadel Benefits Group. With 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, I have proudly been part of Citadel since its inception in 2019.
I’m married to Frank Moore, and together, we have five children and three grandchildren. In our free time, we enjoy traveling and scuba diving, and we’re always on the lookout for our next cruise and adventure.
I’m a passionate Alabama fan and love cheering for all things Crimson Tide! When not rooting for my favorite team, I enjoy diving into a good book, solving puzzles and Sudoku, and sewing and smocking. Recently, I’ve discovered a love for painting, which has been an exciting and creative new hobby.

Jennifer Churchwell has been in the insurance industry since 2019 and is a retired elementary teacher. She is married with five children and four grandchildren. In her spare time Jennifer enjoys cruising, cooking, and spending time with her family.

As Broker Operations Specialist, I manage and coordinate the broker & client processes for the Self Insured Medical Reimbursement Program here at Citadel Benefits Group. With a strong background in customer service—spanning 15 years in roles such as serving and bartending—I bring a unique perspective & zest to client relations and operational efficiency.
I am 31 years old and I’ve been happily married to my husband, Payden, for 3 years. We live in the beautiful Shoals area where we share our home with three adorable Corgis, Eddie Dean, Evie Mae & Paisley Blue. When I’m not focused on streamlining benefits processes, I enjoy cooking and travelling with my husband as well as spending quality time with my friends & family.
